About Tithing
How you can donate and help OUR Church
ways you can donate:
The first tithe in the Bible is from Abram (later called Abraham) in the book of Genesis, which is where we also encounter the first priest:

Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. He was priest of God Most High, and he blessed Abram, saying, “Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth. And praise be to God Most High, who delivered your enemies into your hand.” Then Abram gave him a tenth of everything. Genesis 14:18-20

In the New Testament, Jesus amplified what it means to give. He showed us that no gift is too small and that the Lord looks even more at the heart than the amount of the gift: And He looked up and saw the rich putting their gifts into the treasury, and He saw also a certain poor widow putting in two mites. So He said, “Truly I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all; for all these out of their abundance have put in offerings for God, but she out of her poverty put in all the livelihood that she had.” Luke 21:1-4

Abram gave back first fruits of what the Lord had given to him. The widow gave all she had. If you feel called to give back to the Lord and support the mission of our church–to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all people, near and far, you can tithe through any method.
